The smoothie queen is back! It’s been an intense few weeks, here’s to a healthy balanced lifestyle! I love blending my smoothies in the nutribullet, one of my best appliances!
Below the recipe:
Protein smoothie:
- 1 chopped banana
- Handful of dark chocolate nibs
- 4 tablespoons of double cream woolies yoghurt
- Quarter teaspoon of cinnamon powder
- Dash of raw honey
- 1 cup of full cream milk
Blend and serve, I love adding a garnish today’s is a piece of fresh mint from my garden.
