Neeta’s Signature Muffins

It’s that time of the year when festivities are under way, we tend to eat badly and whatever is around, it’s important to make healthier choices, make home cooked meals from home.

Today I would love to share this recipie with you.


  • 2 1/2 cups of Eurika Stone Ground flour
  • 1/2 cup of grated Gouda cheese
  • 1/2 cup of mozerlella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon of pink Himalayan salt
  • 1 teaspoon origanum
  • Handful of chopped corriander
  • Handful of chopped chives
  • 2 cups of full cream milk
  • 3 teaspoons of royal baking powder
  • 1 – 2 teaspoons of paprika (this depends on how strong you would like it)

Mix all ingredients in a bowl, mix well, ensure the flour is mixed in well.

Scoop mixture into muffin pans bake at 180• for 15 – 20 minutes.

Serve with a side salad, infused water with lemon.
