Using fresh ingriedients to make healthy choices, breakfast just got a lot more fun!
Mango Smoothie Bowl:
- 1 Large Mango
- 3 Tablespoons of double cream Woolies yoghurt
- Teaspoon of chia seeds
- Teaspoon of fresh dedicated coconut
- Teaspoon of raw Jungle oats
- A small handful of walnuts or garnish
- 2 dark chocolate mint flakes
Method:
- Blend yoghurt and mango in the nutribullet
- Add coconut, chia seeds and decorate your bowl, starting left to right.
- Serves 2
