Gratitude is one of the most powerful feelings you can express that creates a reality far greater than you can imagine.
Gratitude, thankfulness, gratefulness, or appreciation is a feeling or attitude in acknowledgment of a benefit that one has received or will receive.
I have been using apps on my phone as well as writing down my blessings and what I am grateful for and so much has changed for me, I will share an example list that you can start to experience this magic in your life.
Magical Gratitude list:
- Thankful for my parents and siblings and husband.
- Thankful for the gift of health
- Thankful for a beautiful home
- Thankful for wonderful clients
- Thankful for the abundance of work I have.
- Thankful for all the nourishing foods I have.
- Thankful for my car
- Thankful for my life
- Thankful for amazing friendships
- Thankful for my work being acknowledged.
When we make a list that we can relate to we create more abundance and gratefulness into our lives and learn to appriciate what we really have.

Great to see someone so involved with personal development. I also do a gratitude list atleast twice a week. Even if its the same things listed, it helps me remains humble and to be grateful for the things i do have vs those that I complain about not having.
It really is magical.
