So here I am early hours of Thursday morning, sharing some breakfast bowl ideas, hopefully you wake up to this post and feel inspired to make yourself a power breakfast!

I know many of us don’t always have time for breakfast, or the thought of eating too early is not a priority.

 The good news is breakfast can be anytime from 6am right up to 11. With so many healthy options, I have resorted to not eating pizza for breakfast an old habbit if you know me well.

We all have different preferences and it’s super easy if you plan ahead and have to be up early. The best way to stay prepared is have a few key ingriedients on hand, to make life easy, here’s a list:

  • Oats
  • Honey 
  • Yoghurt 
  • Milk (almond) (soy) (lactose free)
  • Chia seeds 
  • Fresh fruit 
  • Frozen berries 
  • Nut butters (if not allergic)
  • Muesli 
  • Cinnamon powder 
  • Raw cacao 
  • Dark chocolate nibs 
  • Matcha powder
  • Sunflower seeds
  • Pumpkin seeds
